The statement added that the meeting decided to increase the electricity rate that prepare citizens in the region to twice during September, adding that as of the first day of September to 15, electricity will be 21 to 22 hours a day, and from 15 of September will be 24 hours…….

Protests and uprisings against the government and in less than 30 days ……24 hr a day electricity will be turned on……. So what was the problem before this…..Not enough fuel to run generators ???
