Director of Information Department of Immigration and Displacement in Karbala Haider al-Rubaie announced the issuance of his constituency smart card uprooted displaced. 

Rubaie said in a press statement that “the department issued a special smart card uprooted displaced after the events of the tenth of June, and officially registered in Karbala immigration department for the purpose of including them in the monthly salary of 400 000 dinars for each family.” 

Rubaie said he “was opened five centers to issue smart card to ease the congestion of cases occurring during the receipt of financial benefits.” 

It is noteworthy that thousands of Iraqi families displaced from the provinces of Nineveh and Diyala, Anbar and Salahuddin, because of the elements of the terrorist organization
