TopShelf has noticed some interesting things on the CBI website as well as other indicators.

The first two graphics are images from the CBI website.

In essence these are like “Contractor Bids” … so keep in mind … at the current 1166 program rate … what contractor in his right mind is going to provide services for a nickel or dime rate?

They are also delaying in advertising things – like after the fact.

That the 50,000 dinar is still only .05 … so wouldn’t it make sense if value goes up on the dinar.

Also notice the deposit is worth only .10 cents on one and .05 cents on the other.
Notice on website for CBI was 2/2015 but released today for 4/29/15 signed for /3/15

It is coming from the CBI talking after the fact and it is facts not the run around.
So 100k dinar is worth .10 us cents.
This second one is worth .05 cents US
