Announced Iraqi oil minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, the Erbil and Baghdad have made remarkable progress in the steps taken to implement the agreement concluded between them.

Abdul-Mahdi said during a press conference that “the agreement between Arbil and Baghdad still exist, and the parties will achieve substantial gains due to be implemented.”
