Hello to all,

This will be a rather short msg. in order to conserve my strength & energy. About 3 weeks ago, I came upstairs to my home office before retiring to check emails, etc. as I usually do. The next thing I recall is apparently passing out & somehow ending up face down sprawled under my desk, unable to shout or even whistle to Judy for help until she came upstairs to bed nearly an hour later.

Fortunately, she called 9-1-1 & soon thereafter I was raced to a nearby hospital ER where they commenced reviving me w/ all kinds of IV’s, etc. Apparently I had unknowingly contracted the flu as well as pneumonia, renal (kidney) failure & also had another heart attack! I only remember parts of the next week before being moved to my own ICU room. Please take my advice. If you haven’t yet had a flu shot get one ASAP & don’t delay like I me.

I’m very pleased to report that I’ve now been home approx. 10 days and gradually gaining my strength. I wish to express my appreciation to my dear family, friends and associates who have conveyed their well wishes during this period. I respectfully request that until you receive word otherwise, if you have need of assistance or have questions regarding your Bus. Trust, please contact my very capable outside colleague: Carol Werelius 425-820-8090 carol@indicatorinformation.com.

Again, thank you for your kind consideration,

Jim Jenkins
